Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions for Services or Sale of Goods. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these nor do they affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Pricing & Payment Methods
I am not VAT registered, all prices are in GBP sterling.
My charges are:
Quick fix: £15.00 (Up to 30 Minutes) Remote Support or when your equipment to brought to me.
Hourly Rate: £30.00
Standard Callout: £30.00 (Up to 1 Hour, Within 5 Miles of my Location: B33 8EA)
Extended Callout: £60.00 (Up to 2 Hours, Within 5 Miles of my Location: B33 8EA)
Telephone / Email Support: £10 per Month (Geographic Telephone Numbers only: 01, 02 or 03)
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed by AJ Computer Services.
I accept payment by Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque with a Cheque Guarantee Card.

If you have any complaints about my service or any Goods or Services provided by me, please contact me by email to aj-
I will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and keep you informed throughout the process including the time it will take to resolve the complaint.
I will accept responsibility if any work carried out by me and/or any component supplied and fitted by me is determined to have been the cause of any subsequent failure.
In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with any equipment supplied, serviced or repaired by me, I, on request, will check the equipment. You the customer agree to pay a reasonable charge if no fault is found or a fault is found that is unrelated to any servicing or repair carried out by me.
Limits of liability
AJ Computer Services will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries, damages or expenses arising from the service or the use or the inability to use the system or from any unauthorised access or alteration to the IT system [by a third party]. Customers should perform a system backup before a I visit your premises. AJ Computer Services are not liable for any data lost. I will try my best to ensure that all data is backed up for the customer as required as an extra service. However, It is up to the customer to carry out a regular backup of all data to prevent any data loss. AJ Computer Services will not specifically be responsible for any crashes, losses, claims, penalties, damages, or expenses from the installing of additional programs by the customer or a third party after the visit. Governance of the Terms and Conditions
English law governs these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Notification of Changes
AJ Computer Services reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
